Cancellation and refund policy of booked collective transfers

- If you cancel your request with less than 48 hours ahead of the date of your transfer, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100%.
- If the request is cancelled 48-96 hours prior to the date of transfer, the agency will retain a commission of 20%.
- If the order is cancelled with more than 96 hours ahead of the appointed date, there will be no cancellation fee.
- If the customer fails to show up at the time of transfer, the order is automatically cancelled and the customer will not receive a refund.

Refunds take place within 15 business days after the cancellation is requested.
All fees related to banking services and currency exchanges will be deducted from the money to be refunded.
